I believe my high school classmate was murdered, and the Lancaster Police department have not fulfilled their duty of doing an extensive investigation of the property where his body was found. 

Jerell was a rising sophmore at Benedict College in Columbia, South Carolina, and disappeared the morning of July 5th. His body was found in a pond in Lancaster County, after security footage documented him in the area.

Jerell's family and friends deserve answers, and the police must do more to provide them.
