Demand Vietnamese Communist Government to Stop People Mass Killing Innocent Pets

On the way back to their hometown, a vietnamese couple with 13 dogs and cats were stopped at a check point and tested positive of Covid19. They were isolated from their 13 dogs and cats. By the order of one of the official doctors, the 13 pets were cruelly killed.  Local officials put them in sacks and drown them all until they died.

We demand the Government of Vietnam to stop the killing and punish the killer(s).
