urging the education services/board to raise awareness about lack of baby/toddlers activities

i have been in this new area for just over a year, a year on and i still feel isolated. its costing me loast of money i dont have as a single parent to travel miles away to take my sone to play groups. i dont drive so it costs a lot.my boy is 13 months old and hes isolated too there is a local park with just wings in and round about i havent noticed any slides what so ever. (if there is i might of missed them) my point is my son is at an age where he should be communitcating with other children his age but theres nothing about and certainly nothing affordable. im not just doing this for the children but the parents too. parnts need to have other parents about to too talk too and communitcate with. we need local soft plays and play groups
