Reducing parole sentencing for GPS monitoring

I was arrested in 2015 for a violation of order of protection, during the incarceration and motions from, and to court I was advised that there were no evidence of (phone calls and or text messages) I was released months prior to a domestic, my public defender at the time, disclosed that since she saw both myself and ex partner at the courthouse, that she would step down as my attorney if I were to take the case to trial and testify against me. I was railroaded into taking a plea deal, which consisted of 1-4 years for class 4 felony with 4years parole. I find it unfavorable due to the fact that an individual who commits a murder has less time on parole, opposing to someone who has violated a order of protection. I wish to have these reduced to a minimum of 2years at most.
