Citizens of the United States are in charge of their corporate destinies, and because we are truly the ones who enact the laws and decide what we will and wont tolerate, we must decide that the shooters like the one in Aurora, Colorado are detectable and we must stop selling them the means of mass destruction.....Therefore we the undersigned believe that State Governments across the nation should test all persons seeking such devices for personal use are indeed stable enough to have them.....Using the same screening tests as police agencies use to find acceptable police officers without pernicious Anger issues is within our power, and we hereby demand that persons who fail such tests are inelligilbe to own clips and military fire power, canisters of tear gas as used by the "Aurora" Killer are inelligible to take another anger detection test for one full year from the date of first failure.
If the test that is used by all police agencies to screen applicants for suitablliity in the agency then the underlying anger of the Colorado Killer would have been detected....A second test cannot be issued for another year under the plan, and it must be differnet from the first one administered. This gives society a fighting chance against the insane who wish to kill for whatever their reasons.
