End limited mileage for new drivers!

I've recently purchased a black box insurance policy which is a lot cheaper for new drivers however, your limited miles makes it very hard to travel to and from work and when you add more miles on the price goes up disputes the price already been high. A law should be made to say insurance companies can't limit mileage but should still monitor speed.
