Demand Cameras in All Special Needs Classes At Schools

Child Abuse is real in our schools and Parents has the right to know how their children are being treated in class and on the play grounds. I witness a child (Special Needs Child) beating him self in the face as his teacher and a teachers aide stood in front of the camera blocking the view of the camera, stand and watch with pleasure this child beat himself in the face for 15 minutes.
