Time to Fix BATF!!!!

BATF stands for the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms.  That is a good start but they left out chocolate.  This petition is to remedy this sad oversight.  I propose to change the name of BATF to BATF&C and to expand their function to include administration of all things chocolate, including, potentially, directing a take-over of Holland and their extensive chocolate making industry.  There is ample case law for the Feds to regulate chocolate since it travels interstate in all of it's velvety, smooth, sweet goodness.  Further, it stands to reason that as alcohol, tobacco and firearms make for a great party, with the omission of chocolate, the party just isn't whole.

 Please help me fix a damaged arm of government and, maybe, provide additional sweetness to the world.
