#Abuse Dog For Snapchat?

Local Teenager at my highschool has been constantly abusing his dog on all types of social media, mostly snapchat! He would always find something to do to his dog and post it on snapchat like one time he put his dog in washing machine and locked it. he would always get away with it but last week he hung his dog from a harness from a ceiling for hours and posted it then after he DUCKTAPED his hands and mouth shut! People on snapchat finally stepped up and screenshoted and 2 brace girls from the same school took it to the authorities and it went on the news. The next day the police went to my school and searched through his locker and asked him to unlock his phone but he has already deleted all his social media and photos by then. He told people and mostly his close friends that the police came to his grandpas house and they asked if he had a dog and he lied and said no because he didn't know what was going on. I am tired of sitting around and I suggest we do something because he is still posting and torturing his dog
