No S1478- No Sexualization of our Children

We the undersigned ask the New York State Commissioner of Education to remove section 804-e under BILL NUMBER: S8676 from education law. There will be no established curriculum or instruction for school districts concerning the historical treatment of lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender and gender individuals.
There will be no sexualization of children from pre kindergarten through 12th grade within public education.
We state that our educational framework is based upon the founding of this country, the United States of America, which does not include nor mandate sexual definitions and perversions that undermine the freedom and creativity of our children.
In addition and following, teachers also will not be required a professional learning webinar entitled “Creating Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual and Transgender Inclusive Schools.”
