Petition

We, the undersigned, call on you, Mr. Prosecutor, and you, Mr.Magistrate, as law enforcers, to enforce stricter penalties on those who commit animal cruelty to any animal.

All abuse should be investigated and proper procedures should follow. Depending on the severity of the case they should be penalized to the full extent of the law.

Oscar's vicious and senseless attack was not a local crime, it was a crime against humanity. You have an opportunity here to make a difference. We implore you to give Oscar and his family closure and bring them justice.
