AUTHORITY TO SELL CR ASSOCIATION LOTS 567, 568, 569

BACKGROUND: This petition will allow the owners to vote at the next AGM in order to add a new Section to Article 10 of our CC&R. This new section will ensure that only a majority of the Owners can approve the sale of any of our RV Lots # 567, 568 and 569.

WE, the undersigned, owners at Country Roads RV Village, Yuma AZ, request that changes be made to our CC&R, as follows:

ADD NEW SECTION TO CR CC&R: Article 10 – General Provisions. Section 10.14 Association Lots 567, 568, 569. Lots 567, 568, and 569 are situated at Country Roads RV Village, 5707 E 32nd St, Yuma AZ belong to the Association. The sale and transfer of the deed of any of these three lots can only be approved at a meeting of the owners upon approval of the Owners holding two-thirds (2/3) of the votes casts, or without any meeting, if all owners have been notified of the proposed sale (of one or more lots) by mail or Electronic Delivery and two-thirds (2/3) of all the Owners consent in writing to such sale.
