Stop a house foreclosure

This request to stay the proceeding is do to the arrangement agreement reach as of April 13,2013 (See attached documents and copy of payments being made as agreed. It appear the the mortgage company and the attorney servicing this account are not communicating with each other.  In the meanwhile i am living up to my part of the mortgage agreement and the attorney are still trying to take away my family home. Please permit this motion to stay the proceeding and advise the mortgage Company and Attorney to communicate with each other
 This mortgage deliquency will clear up the problem as long as keep up my payment arrangement
