Where Is Heather Danyelle Teague? What really happened on Newburgh Beach August 26, 1995

Heather has been missing for almost 22 years. I am asking Governor Bevin to look over the FBI files and other information I have concerning Heather's disappearance. I am requesting attention to be given to specific files I received from FBI after having to declare Heather legally deceased on October 22, 2007. One states that KSP are keeping it a 'secret' as to who is involved in 'Teague's murder'. One states a different time and location of Heather's last known whereabouts. Two mention WP Program, and two state Heather's abduction is strongly linked to drugs, prostitution, public corruption and (strip club). It is time for answers. It is time for the public to stand with our family to demand answers...Where is Heather Danyelle Teague? What really happened on Newburgh Beach August 26, 1995?
