Demand companies to label whether their sugar is refined with bone char or not.

A lot of people have been in the dark about what is actually in their sugar. Animal bones are probably an ingredient in your table sugar! Bone char is a grainy black material produced when animal bones are charred. Bone char is mainly the bones from cows. It consists of tricalcium phosphate, calcium carbonate, and activated carbon. It is primarily used for filtration and decolourisation; but, who wants sugar refined through grainy charred animal bones when they could easily be refined through, Reverse osmosis, ion exchange, or synthetic carbons? Most people don't know this, and who would want to be eating sugar refined through animal bones? Also, lots of speculation amongst the vegan community (who does not consume bone char) has people not knowing what's in their sugars. It would be nice to be worry free of bone char in your sugar. It's simple. All a company needs to print is a tiny description on the food label that says "sugar refined through bone char process" or "sugar not refined through bone char practice." It's time we know! Whether you care if your sugar has bone char or not, please sign so it at least can be labeled! Thank You.
