WE, the undersigned, petition the Commissioners and the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation as follows: To repair and re-open the Skinners Falls Bridge. The repair and re-opening of the Skinners Falls Bridge is critical to the well-being and survivability of local businesses. Failure to repair and re-open the bridge is having, and will continue to have, significantly adverse impacts on local business. In addition, the closure is causing a major inconvenience to residents and tourists as drivers are forced to find alternate routes to and from their home, work and vacation destinations.
