REMOVE THC FROM PRE EMPLOYMENT DRUG TESTING

With the way marijuana is being normalized and legalized in plenty of states, there is not much being done to reform the way employers are discriminating against potential employees because they smoke pot to wind down after a long stressful day, the same way another may wind down with a beer. I still feel that pre employment drug screens are beneficial, however punishing people, by not letting them have a job, for a plant that plenty of states have legalized in some way is absolutely a step back from the progress the pro marijuana community has made.
