Demand odor control from the Heartland Energy Biodigester Plant

Strong noxious odors are coming from this plant and are found to go as far as 3 mile radius. It currently is affecting 45-60 households. This plant is currently only working at 40% capacity. When they are at 100% the odors will only exponentially increase.
The noxious odors cause households to keep windows closed at night, cause nasal burning, burning of eyes, headaches and nausea. When complaining to County and state officials, they have only tested odor levels 7 times in 4 months.
