Start a Swim Team at the University of Anchorage Alaska

I just graduated this spring from Dimond High School and I'm a swimmer so I was looking for colleges with swim teams. While I was looking for colleges I noticed the University of Anchorage Alaska doesn't have a swim team so once I found that out I had to look out of state but going out of state is Expensive! I didn't want to go out of state but I still really wanted to join a swim team so I decided to stay in state for college but I'm still swimming with my club team. The only downside to that I'm the only college student swimming with a bunch of kids from grade school to high school. I made this petition because I know for most swimmers in Alaska have to look out of state for colleges with swim teams but I'm here to change that! It's time we take a stand for this sport and get a Swim Team at UAA!
