Click this link for the story. I'm not understanding how they are charging this girl as a juvenile. This was clearly premeditated. How is it ok for it to be handled in family court. That young lady is scared for life and is going to face public humiliation.

The 12 year old should be charged as an ADULT. Charging her as a juvenile won't do any justice that's the reason why the kids these days act the way they do because they just get a slap on the wrist. They need firm hard punishment because they are just going to do it again.
