Stop Overdevelopment on Route 9! No more Housing at Cox Crow Crossing

Toms River cannot maintain quality of life for residents if the massive amounts of overdevelopment does not stop. Traffic congestion on Route 9 is already a nightmare with only one lane going each way and scary for school buses to travel on. Several new developments have already been built in the same area as Cox Crow Crossing Proposal and there is no need for more apartments to be built over retail stores. Many variances are being requested on projects and we the residents of Toms River ask that the zoning laws already in place be upheld.
