"No Child Unseen W/out Cause"

Throughout the years in the Kansas foster care system many children have gone missing, and they seem to have disappeared without a trace. To me this is unacceptable and it should be to many others. It has been said that some of the children of an older age have gone back to biological family, however not one case/child has been verified or investigated. No family have been talked to and the ones that have been contacted say the last that they knew about the whereabouts of their children is that they were in this Foster care system. All I ask, No I beg that someone take notice and stand up with me and say that, not knowing what happened to these children is something that can not be tolerated. It is not ok for them to be lost in the world and no one care about their well-being.
