stop the destruction in Kingwood

We the undersigned residents petition our Township of Kingwood NJ to pass a resolution opposing the NJDOT Route 29 rockfall mitigation project in Kingwood until the specific project plan can be verified as safe and prudent through an independent and comprehensive Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) process. And that NJ DOT enter into meaningful discussion with the Kingwood elected official and residents about the cost vs benefits of the project and around selecting the least destructive and intrusive solution to any bona fide rock fall problem found to truly need mitigation.
