ACT NOW! SAVE THE MOUNTAIN LAKES CLUB FOR OUR TOWN AND FUTURE GENERATIONS

Since 1914, The Mountain Lakes Club has been an integral part of our community. As a current resident of the Borough of Mountain Lakes, I am signing this petition to urge our our town council to take timely action and authorize the town manager, or an alternative agent of the town, to take the necessary steps to acquire the Mountain Lakes Club. I believe that acquiring the Club represents an unprecedented opportunity for the town. Repositioning the current operation to make the Club accessible for every resident will further enhance the desirability of our community. Clearly this action is in the best interest of the town and all of its residents, and I support measures to acquire the Club including, but not limited to, the authorization of issuing bonds sufficient to accomplish this meaningful acquisition as soon as possible.
