This is to stop the pet over population in America. Too many dogs and cats lose their lives is high kill shelters. Some people seem to think that living beings are disposable. We have to start some where to end the madness. This is to end back yard breeding, puppy mills and breeding for profit only.
Animals for breeding would be show dogs and cats, search and rescue dogs and service dogs. This petition probably needs some tweaking but my goal is to stop the mass slaughter of our beloved pets.

Please SHARE one more time. Lives depend on it. In Philadelphia because of FREE spay/neuter of pitbull and pitbull mixes the kill rate went from 90 percent to 40 percent. If we could s/n all dogs and cats, our shelters could be sanctuaries. Thank you. Many blessings to you.
