The morale has left our store. People are not happy to come to work. We feel our voice is not important and our customer see it. Our management has failed in the eyes of the American workers at store 209. Therefore we ask for help on a corporate level to help us improve the perception of Kroger’s values on the employee level. These issues are some of the results of an increase of store transfers and turnover rates.
