Demanding Cole's Towing be shut down and never able to operate again in Spartanburg County

Cole's Towing has been illegally towing, bullying, assaulting people, brandishing weapons, and disrespecting Spartanburg County residents in many apartment complexes. The most recent incident being June 16, 2018 at which time residents both adult and children were pepper sprayed by both the owner and his employee and almost ran over by one of Cole's employees in his tow truck. They are threatening children and verbally assaulting residents. We the abused residents of Spartanburg County/city DEMAND the owner of Cole's Towing and all affiliates be denied a business licence in Spartanburg County/City and their current license be revoked.
