End Speeding Around Peck School

Walking daily from Peck School is putting your life or the life of the children that attend there in danger everyday due to the unchecked speeding. People are cuttingt thru streets near Crosier field and adjoining streets to avoid Northampton and South street area.Something needs to be done, either by putting bumps in the road or returning some streets back to two way streets. May I add this is a school zone, yet there is no enforcement. Will nothing change till someone is hurt or killed by impatient drivers? Can someone answer the question why Russel Terrace was suddenly changed to two way street.This will be interesting in the winter as no one will be able to safely nogotiate on that narrow street.
