Because this is a subject that is happening Worldwide, and more than half of America is oblivious to it, until they become targeted individuals themselves.

What "Targeted Individuals" (T.I.)'s often times uncover if lucky enough, is the hidden truth that our own Government is either aware, or responsible of these crimes against humanity. Research for yourself after reading this article and you will understand the harsh reality of this evil epidemic plaguing our society right under our own noses. T.Is are spyed on 24-7, either coverty or overtly. Often times T.I.'s are harassed also covertly/overtly.

I'm writing this petition because I am a Tagetetd Individual myself. I know I am being exposed to radiation, via direct energy weapons and microwave technology. I am also constantly being accoustically harassed by my next door neighbors 24/7 through either low/high frequency sounds that only I seem to be able to hear. The hardest part of this phenomenon for T.I.s is finding out why this is happening, how to prove it, and how to stop it, or learn to live through it.

The object of gangstalking is to discredit the T.I., scare the T.I., drive the T.I. crazy, and sometimes kill the T.I..
