Revising Constrution Hours in the Town of Vienna

Are you aware that construction companies can deliver construction materials Monday-Friday from 6:00 am -11:00 pm?    Are you aware that these companies can begin construction at 7:00 am and end at 8:00 pm?   On Saturday, the construction hours are 8:00 am to 8:00 pm.   Do you feel this is a public nuisance?   We propose that construction hours be changed to the more family friendly times of 8:00 am to 6:00 pm Monday-Saturday an dthat the delivery of materials falls during the construction hours.
