so nintendo can end up gaining more money as well as allowing small youtubers to grow as money could end up going down the drain, this means more youtubers for nintendo will be able, also, if too many people sign the contract, this will become forced, meaning that if YOU decide to create you will only get 42% of what you rightfully made. resulting in less nintendo youtubers, less money for nintendo, less videos, and less nintendo video's as a whole.
