Help the Kelp recover And Save the Abalone

Giant Star Fish and Otters keep urchin populations in check these species have declined so much that urchin have taken over the sea floor in california. This has led to a mass die off of bull kelp and other kelp species leading to mass starvation of abalone and other species that depend on seaweed as a food source. We can help be signing this petition to acknowledge the problem and do what we can to help the otters and starfish. People have begun to take urchins out by hand and have seen good recovery of kelp from the effort please come help in what ever way you can even prayers help. THANK YOU
