Demand the harshest justice for this Yorkie

A Yorkie releived himself in a hotel, the owner picked up the dog by the back of his neck and then slapped.

Then the owner proceded to throw the Yorkie out of the two story window.

The owner went outside, picked up the smashed crate, and dog, and threw everything in the dumpster.

Luckily, for the poor dog, there were witnesses, and someone retreived the dog from the dumpster and took him to a vet.

The dog had two broken legs, but will recover.

this can NOT be tolerated! If this monster is capable of this in front of witnesses, what is he capable of when no one is watching! He needs to be put away for a very long time.

And he should never be allowed to have any type of animal in his posession.
