Demand better water cleaning procedures and pipes for Wellsburg!

The city of Wellsburg has had at least 50 water main breaks which is ridiculous. Wellsburg water has a nasty odor and is a light brown color when you first turn the water on. This is most definitly a health concern. Due to the most recent photos of the nasty slugs inside of the pipe that is being shared on facebook, I feel we should not pay for nasty water! Plus they have increase everyones bill!!! EPA and OSHA complaint need to be sent!!
