Fremont county needs youth services

Fremont county has little to no youth services (crisis centers, group homes, counseling centers) to support our troubled youth. When a child is in need we have to send them to another city outside of our own for help. We need support to keep these children in our community while getting services.
I would like to open a counseling center that is based on a sliding scale, which will also have counselors, psychiatrists, wraparound, edmr, crisis beds and other services that our children need to keep them in our community.
