The following active MDAD members request a special meeting to discuss the Board's performance. It should be noted that with the Section of 4.13 in MDAD bylaws as being suspended, based upon MDAD bylaws and Robert's Rules of Order, which very specifically outline what the Board's power and limitations are. President Richard Jeffries and Treasurer Marie Campbell have shown the following:
1. Their lack of transparency with MD Deaf citizens (MDIL, Audit, Violating Bylaws, Financial Report, and Engagement of Community).
The special meeting will be conducted remotely on Wednesday, March 24, 2021, at 6:00 p.m. We are providing the Zoom meeting link for the special meeting.

1. One of MD Deaf Voice team members will work with Membership Coordinator to verify that the members are MDAD members.
2. The Zoom meeting will be recorded.
3. President Richard Jeffries must remain in the camera view at all times.
4. There will be no recess unless requested by the MDAD members.
5. We, the petitions, choose our parliamentarian.
6. The members will adjourn the meeting.
