No smoking on Cliffs amusement park grounds

I witnessed a woman smoking in front of many children. As second hand smoke can be harmful to young children I feel as smoking should not be allowed. Many people also get nauseous from the smell of Cigarette smoke. I would like there to be no smoking on the amusement park grounds and only Electronic Cigarettes allowed in a designated area in the park.
