Stop the Box Elder (UT) Data Center

Boats had to be pulled from the Great Salt Lake; it was determined years back there's so many toxins in its bed (like arsenic), CANCER rates will likely raise, when winds blow through and blow the toxins throughout the valley. I think we only received roughly ONE INCH of snow in the mid-SL Valley last winter, so I have my doubts we'll ever have another winter Olympics in Utah (sadly, a good portion of Europe's mainland may be counted out given their severe weather now). Lake Powell is maybe the LOWEST it's ever been; with Hoover Dam shut down (being "DOWNSTREAM") and not having enough water to run. My stepfather is showering every 3 days to help conserve water, and locals aren't taking the drought serious, with too many still watering their lawns DAILY. -- To install an ENERGY & WATER sucking installation into the high-desert, where even with UTAH being UPSTREAM -- we still don't have any water-security.

I haven't worked in 11 years due to severe chronic fatigue issues brought on by Black mold exposure, an EBV-post-viral syndrome, and multiple traumas contributing to cPTSD, which all contribute to severe "executive dysfunction" -- so completing tasks are near impossible. And, now with my mom gone and the house a mess (because I can't keep up), I'm deliberating selling the house early (before it's built)... knowing once it's built HOME VALUES may drop to Z E R O within 2-3-5 years, having possibly no access to water, and then because Utah grows HOTTER AND HOTTER, with the Data Center planned to suck up energy that of 200% of current usage -- we won't be able to afford to run the A/C when our summers average at least 15 100 degree days at this point. And, given the mold exposure and post-viral syndrome contribute to dysautonomic over-heating issues and having ASTHMA, I absolutely cannot go without cool air. I need to go to an emergency room if the temps hit 80 degrees inside. Then throw the increased toxins in the lake into the mix, and anyone like me can't survive here.

There was a Box Elder County (ONLY) petition, but that made no sense. I think everyone DOWN-STREAM OF UTAH should have the right to speak their voice. Then to think of the people from ALL OVER THE WORLD who come to visit our great sites like ZION... ARCHES... CANYONLANDS... BRYCE, or have watched nevertheless participated in the winter Olympic games here -- EVERY COUNTRY's PEOPLE SHOULD HAVE A VOICE WHAT HAPPENS HERE.

Please help Governor Cox and our state's leadership know how terrible an idea, how destructive to the state and ALL THEIR HOMEOWNERS you think a data center will have.
