Reduce Hydro Rates for the GTA

In the last 6 months Toronto Hydro has increased its rates by up to 40% on average, most of these charges are ridiculous and should not be paid by the average consumer, I agree with paying for what we use! But we are paying for a recovery charge, delivery charges per KW, retirement plan and many other items! Please have a look at your bill from Toronto Hydro.
