Let's change the way people report Child abuse

Instead of being able to report child abuse anonymously I feel like the caller must identify them self and give valid contact information to the organization they are reporting abuse to. The person being reported will never have access to this information however the DCBS will. And instead of just investigating who is being reported I believe the worker needs to also visit the person who is making the abuse allegation. Most of the time the person making the phone call is living as bad or worse as the person they are reporting. And more times than not it is a retaliation issue. If this law would go into effect I guarantee you a lot of the phone calls would stop because the person making the report would not want workers coming to investigate them. This would save a lot of people's time when couples argue or friends have disagreements and just want to hurt their significant other or friend.
