Make changes to travel fares for students aged 18+

There are no discounted deals on travel fares on buses in Rotherham, Barnsley etc. As a student, fares are becoming way too costly for students and others age 18+. Introducing discounted fares for students over 18 will help them with their financial issues and promote the usage of buses as more people will want to travel at a lower cost price.
