Profit over care. Puppy mills are cruel industries that breed dogs in inhumane conditions. They solely focus on financial benefits and neglect the animals health and well-being. Puppy mills abuse their animals both mentally and physically by forcing them to breed to vast extents in conditions where survival is nearly impossible. Unfortunately, this problem has continued to be urgent and widespread due to the fact that commercialized puppy stores all over America continue to purchase their puppies from puppy mills. In these mass-production factories, dogs are forced to produce litter after litter of puppies, supplying nearly 100 percent of the dogs sold in pet stores and directly to consumers online and through newspaper ads. It is up to us to stop supporting and buying puppies from commercialized stores and start adopting from humane societies in order to put animal cruelty to an end.
