Recreational Use of Pangburns 'Old Gym

I am petitioning on behalf of the youth of Pangburn. All of whom have little to do in pangburn. Today's youth is less likely to be involved in trouble if given positive pass times. For example: Phillipians 4:8 An idle mind is the devils playground.
On a separate note, the gym has minimal usage by the school and is a cost efficient gym to use.
