CYBER BULLYING STOPS NOW!!

There is a young man named Spencer Rice who had to quit school because he was a victim of cyber-bullying. As an Activist I see this is an urgent matter. As a mom I see it is imperative Spencer who is Autistic is able to attend school just like anyone else. No one should have to live in fear attending school. For him to have to stop attending because he no longer feels safe isn't just unsafe. It is unconstitutional. Spencer has a right to an education and if finding he no longer feels safe at North then he should be respected and given alternative options such as being home-schooled or having online classes or even transferring to another district. Furthermore the school has a Non-Discrimination Policy so I urge this situation to be handled correctly. Way too many youth die due to cyber bullying. It needs to stop. Period.
