6. Will try to give everyone I talk to/with my full attention - without judgment

7. Will forgive at least one person, from this day

8. Will do at least one other selfless thing I can think of that fits my situation

9. Will share a good story today - and will listen to other peoples stories 

10. Will do 1 good thing for the environment, today
