Stop Bullying in Valley City Public Schools!

Many of our children have been relentlessly bullied by other students. Many of them and their parents have sought help from the school authorities and even law enforcement. Unfortunately nothing has been done. In fact, in some cases it backfired with the victim's of the bullying being targeted by the very authority figures they came to for help. As a parent I cannot in good conscience allow this to continue. Our schools need a concrete Anti Bully program. These children who have been victims need to know they can attend school safely. I also call upon the said authority figures who have failed our children to make amends.
