Allow us to graduate and Order the University to issue our degrees!

We are two medical students in the Philippines, mentally harrased and unlawfuly being prevented from Graduation due to illegal and malicious reasons becuase of "perosnal dislike" from the Dean of college of Medicine towards us. We have submitted our complaints to the Commission on Higher Education on the April 25, 2012 and we are still awaiting the resolution which is taking a long time ( almost 8 months)
