For the past few months, I have heard endless banter about our soon-to-be-President. Unfortunately, Donald Trump has proclaimed himself as the next leader of the United States. Which at first, I thought it was an attention-gag or publicity stunt; but, now, I am truly terrified.
I know I'm not the only one.
The words that fall from his mouth are far-fetched, malicious opinions about women, minorities, etc. A truthfully spoken word will never grace his mouth, if it has, I certainly haven't been around to hear it. The ideas he does possess are parasite-infested, irrational and there is no procedures behind them. But, what astonishes me is that there are millions of people who share the same ideas. There are people out there share the same racist under-tone, the sexist under-tone; and are willingly to vote for him because this unwritten hatred.
I thought this was a joke, something to laugh about over Sunday brunch because I thought there were people with better common sense. Sadly, I'm horribly mistaken.
I'm not trying to shift political views; but, America, we can do better than this.
