MANDAMUS (Latin for “We Command”)

The elected and appointed Public Servants presume to own the people, when it is We the People who own the offices of the public servants and challenge their presumption with our rebuttal.
We the People of all the fifty Republican States, by our own authority “COMMAND” that all elected and appointed servants obey The Constitution for the United States of America, which guarantees to every state in this union and the People thereof, a constitutional republican form of government that the judiciary and all oath takers must obey, Article VI.. Judges and clerks are to obey under penalty of 18 USC §2071 and are not to conceal, remove, mutilate or misfile any record, proceeding, paper, document, or other thing filed by the Unified Common Law Grand Juries with the court clerk or county clerk. The grand jury is an institution separate from the courts, over whose functioning the courts do not preside, no "supervisory" judicial authority exists. It is a constitutional fixture in its own right belonging to no branch of the institutional government, serving as a kind of buffer or referee between the Government and the People. The grand jury operates in the courthouse and under judicial auspices, operating at arm's length from the judicial branch”. The Fifth Amendment's "constitutional guarantee presupposes an investigative body 'acting independently of either prosecuting attorney or judge, unfettered by technical rules. Therefore judges and clerks have no authority to prevent, obstruct or interfere with the Peoples’ necessary compensation (losses or injury) and access into the courts, 18 USC §1512b, in order to operate in the courthouse for the administration of the Common Law Juries.
