Stop the Cutting of Dog Vocal Chords

people around the country are starting to clip their dogs vocal chords to ensure that they avoid noise polution tickets and fines. This process is not only very expensive, it is most importaintly an inhumane and tragic event that is really taking place accross the country to our beloved pets. please help and fight this with me.
